Class Sizes:

One on One Training – Personal work: Shooting, Ball-handling or Post work

Partner Training – 2 to 3 Players: Guard and Post Skill Work and Scrimmaging

Small Group – 4 to 6 Players: Guard and Post Skill Work and Scrimmaging

Medium Group – 7 to 9 Players: Ball-handling, Shooting and Scrimmaging

Large Group – 10 to 12 Players: Ball-handling, Shooting, Defensive Footwork & Agility

Complete Teams – up to 15 Players: varsity practice style workout, tailored to your team
